What are your holiday processing times?- Due to the holidays shipping times may be delayed & processing time will now be 3-5 days
How can I order?- Your can order easily through our online platform. When you find a product you are happpy with, you can add it to your cart. Once your ready to purchase press checkout & go through the ordering process.Place your order
What is your refund policy? - We do not acccept refunds for orders that have already been shipped and/or packaged.
How long is processing time? - All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after order has been placed. These times may change with differentiating circumstances.
What info should I put in to purchase?- Our online ordering system will ask for all the information necesssary to make your shopping easy and quick.
What payment method can I use?- You can use all the major credit & debit cards or pay with paypal.
What should I do if payment is not accepted?- Please try again in a little while. If the payment is still not accepted, please verify your account balance. If everything is as it should, but you still can't make the payment, please contact us via [email protected] and notify us about the problem. If not try using a different card.
Can I cancel my order? - If you want to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible. If we have already processed your order, you must contact us within 24 hrs of purchasing . please contact us via [email protected]
Can I return a product? - No, You cannot return items that have already been in hand.
Can I track my order? - Yes, a automatic tracking to email will be sent to the one you provide after order your order is placed.
Shipping time? - Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days, Priority shipping takes 2-3 business days. The shipping time will be confirmed on the order confirmation document.
The time in which your order arrives will be based on the time your package is picked up and scanned by USPS.
